Quotations

This is a free service and would usually consist of a home visit. But for now we strive to find a digital alternative, using technologies such as Zoom. This way we can get a real look at what’s required without physical contact. If video is not an option we can discuss in full over the phone. And as a last resort we may suggest meeting outdoors to have a face-to-face discussion (while maintaining two metre separation).

Other domestic works

Entering the premises/PPE

On arrival it is paramount that we follow a safe procedure before work can commence.Cleverspark electricians will always have a facemask and fresh disposable gloves for use inside the premises. We will safely dispose of our gloves after each visit. On arrival, we need you to:

  • Lead us to the nearest wash basin.
  • Keep two metres distancing and open all doors on the route.

Commencing works

  • Two metre social distancing is paramount at all times.
  • To maintain good ventilation and minimise our contact with surfaces, we ask that households leave all internal doors open so that we do not have to touch door handles.
  • We request that clients stay in a separate room where possible.
  • We will remove all waste and belongings from the work area at the end of a job.
  • We will supply all the materials needed.

Completion

  • We will clean down all areas in which we worked.

Because of these extra measures, it may take longer to carry out works. We apologise if this causes inconvenience, but we feel that it is the best course of action that we can take to ensure the safety of our customers and contractors. Thanks very much for your time.
